My work is grounded in a simple belief: health is the foundation of energy, performance and long-term fulfilment. Through workplace consultancy, leadership education and habit-based coaching, I help individuals and organisations understand the value of women’s health and create meaningful, lasting change.

I’m passionate about helping women — and the organisations they work within — recognise that valuing health is not self-indulgent, but essential to thriving in work and life. By supporting sustainable habits and cultural change, my work helps improve wellbeing today while shaping healthier futures for the next generation.

Everything I do is designed to create powerful “penny-drop” moments — helping people understand the true value of their health so they can live, work and lead with energy and confidence through every stage of life, including menopause.

Hi, I’m Nicola!

In 2021, after 23 years in the corporate world, I was made redundant. The experience became a turning point — prompting deep reflection on how I wanted to live and the impact I wanted to create.

Drawing on two decades in the sports industry, alongside my personal experience of mental and physical health challenges, I founded Life Now Coaching to help individuals and organisations build sustainable health and performance through habit-based change. I trained as a personal trainer and certified health coach to combine professional expertise with practical experience.

Today, I bring together my corporate leadership background — leading teams, mentoring individuals and delivering workshops — with specialist knowledge in women’s health and behaviour change to support lasting transformation in both workplaces and personal lives.

This work is guided by my framework, designed to help people build sustainable habits, strengthen wellbeing and create meaningful, long-term change.

At the heart of everything I do is a belief that when women value their health and step into their potential, they not only transform their own lives but shape healthier cultures and communities around them.
