Episode 114:
Stripping back the truth about detoxing
Ever thought that going on a detox would help you achieve your weight loss goals?
“This is what we're trying to help other women to realise and do - looking at all of that together, in that holistic way to take a 360 degree approach to get the results that you want. And food is such a huge part of that, but likewise, the other pillars are as important, everything has its role to play in building strong health.”
— Nicola Farndell
“You could be eating the best diet ever but be eating on the go eating really stressed, not having enough sleep, and the way that your body digests that food is not going to end in a good result at all.”
— Harriet Hills
Today we’re exploring detoxification, stripping back what it is and providing simple actionable steps you can implement into your everyday life.
