Women’s Health Unwrapped
Episode 122:
Embracing the messiness of midlife with all your nakedness
How does approaching menopause and midlife make you feel?
“Lots of women focus on the food they eat and think only about diets. Around 75% of women are still stuck in diet culture when they hit that midlife age range. You have to get really intentional because it's not just the food that you eat that makes you feel how you feel. It's everything in your life that impacts the way you feel and your health.”
— Nicola Farndell
“We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing. The most powerful thing you can do is say ‘yes’ to fun, even when it feels uncomfortable.”
— Staci Berkovitz
