How many times have you been stuck thinking about what to set as your New Year resolution? 

How many times did you start out full of good intention with your resolution but failed before you’d even hit the end of January? Or maybe even the end of the first week?!

We’ve been conditioned to see the start of the year as a new beginning and therefore a time we can decide what to change and make it happen, pretty much when the clock strikes midnight on the 31st of December. The change in year does bring with it opportunity for focus, reset, clarity, and changes, but you need to get intentional to make sure this happens.
