LIVE HEALTHY NOW - Episode 5

Shining after tragedy

Watch.

Nobody wants to imagine the unimaginable. You know you’d not be able to cope.

But, you do need to cope. You do need to continue to live and be there for those who still need and love you.

Today’s guest, Sarah Miller is sharing her story of facing the most harrowing and tragic loss of her daughter and knowing that despite her soul-destroying pain and despair, she needed to continue to live. She is doing so with calm, focus and passion. She is learning to take care of herself and knows whole-heartedly that this is the route to finding happiness again. I loved chatting with Sarah and learning about her story, and feel inspired to share it so you too can honour Madeline’s legacy by making sure you value and take care of yourself at every stage of your life.
