About Melisa:

Melisa worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner for 8 years but always felt like something was missing or that she needed to do more. After facing some challenges in her life, she went on a journey to find herself and to figure out her ‘purpose’ in the world. Working through therapy and life coaching she learned so much about herself. Melissa dug deep and was able to get clear on what she wanted from her life and know why this mattered to her.

With focus and consistency, Melisa built her self-worth so that she no longer chased it in the outside world. She’s now certified as a health and wellness coach helping women discover their self-worth so that they too can take control of their life and live the radiant life they dream of.

Melisa is a single Mom to her four year-old daughter and loves showing her the importance of putting yourself and your happiness first.
