We’re marking World Menopause Day 2023 by bringing you a very exciting and special coffee-style chat to help raise awareness and provide support. This week we’re doing something completely new in bringing you not just one guest but three, and you get them all at the same time! Sam, Shakira and Helen join host Nicola to chat all things menopause. 

It is more important than ever that menopause becomes a normal and safe conversation to have - whether with your loved ones, your friends, or your work colleagues and manager.
