Coaching for your 2024 health and happiness vision

The beginning of a new year often brings with it thoughts of change and of course, resolution. There’s the common theme of it being a “New Year New You”.

But, how many times have you set out at the beginning of a brand new year resolving to make this year the one you get healthier, fitter, or perhaps lose that weight you’ve been struggling with for so long, only to reach December and realise it didn’t happen?

It’s reported that only 8% of people who set resolutions achieve them and that even by the end of January, as few as 25% of people are still sticking to their resolutions.

I want you to have a different result in 2024. I want you to make the changes you want for yourself so that you live with stronger health and feel happier, more fulfilled. I don’t want you to end up a statistic in the people who start a new year determined to make the changes they want and land up on the scrap heap by February because they just couldn’t create those new habits.

So in today’s episode we’re bringing something very different and very special. Today we’re giving you an insight into what a coaching session is like, to inspire you to create an action plan to build your own healthy habits in 2024. Join me as I coach Wilma Edwards, a passionate and very real person who kindly volunteered to be coached. I’m taking you behind the scenes of what coaching looks like and helping Wilma get clear about how she wants to feel in 2024, and most importantly, how to make it happen for her.

 

In Wilma’s coaching session we explore:

  • How Wilma would like to feel at the end of 2024.

  • Getting super clear about how she would feel if she achieves what she wants for her health and happiness this year.

  • Exploring Wilma’s ‘WHY?’ for wanting to feel this way, and explaining why this is so important to dig into and have clarity on.

  • What is standing in her way of feeling this way right now.

  • Some of the limiting beliefs that are impacting how Wilma feels and that might stand in the way of her creating the change she wants.

  • The power of small steps and getting taking fast action.

Wilma is a mum of two kids under five, embarking on a new career as a Financial Planning Consultant, with some really exciting opportunities ahead but worries that her body image will get in the way of her success.
