SERVICES FOR BUSINESSES & CORPORATES

Do your employees perform at their best each day?

Is every member of your team thriving in the workplace?

Are your employees empowered to embrace your culture and vision?

I work with organisations to support their teams in understanding the value of their health, helping them build sustainable habits that lead to happier, healthier lives. When your employees thrive, they perform at their best, driving your organisation towards exceptional results.

Specialising in women’s health and menopause, I inspire your team to prioritise self-care and understand the importance of women’s health. This is about more than just menopause awareness; it's about shifting the mindset around health and menopause, enabling women to thrive through every season of their lives, including perimenopause and menopause.

Through bespoke keynote talks, workshops, programmes, executive coaching, and consultancy services, I foster lasting change that transcends the workplace.

Specialising in Women’s Health & Menopause

We are at a critical point in our societal and economic timeline, driven by a rapidly growing population of working-age women and a significant shift in retirement age - from age 60 pre-2010 to 66 currently, and projected to rise to 68 as early as 2035. Parallel to this, we are facing substantial risks to women's health that threaten our economic stability, cultural needs, and progress toward gender equality and equity.

Much of these challenges are linked to menopause - it's about far more than hot flushes!

99% of women said that their menopausal symptoms have negatively impacted their work.

59% had taken time off work due to their symptoms.

21% did not go for a promotion they would have otherwise considered.

Menopause has a significant cost. Its real impact is seen in the economic and societal toll it takes.

It’s time for this to change.

It’s time for you to take the lead and create the necessary shifts in women’s health to protect and advance our economy, society, and culture.

Why does wellness in the workplace matter?

  • Building a culture of wellness creates a productive and engaged team resulting in improved productivity and increased revenue.

  • Investing in your teams wellbeing ensures higher staff retention and reduced absenteeism.

  • Having open conversations around wellness makes every individual feel valued and supported, meaning they feel connected to your business and goals.

  • Showing you are an employer who recognises the value of wellbeing attracts high calibre talent to your organisation and positions you as a leader in your sector.

  • In a world where mental health issues are rising, it is your duty of care as an employer to ensure psychological safety for all of your staff.

  • Employees who are mentally well enjoy coming to work and are more committed to their projects and objectives.

  • Rising cases of stress and burnout means employees need support to avoid significant mental and physical health impacts that will lead to an inability to work.
